Once you’re a member, you’ll earn 1 point per $1 spent at My Pizza Steak House. Earn points automatically when you order in our app and online order pickup on Mypizza.ca, or use your phone to scan your member card at the register or with your server. You can redeem your points for free menu items and more. Also, members get a free dessert on their birthday and so much more.

Points can be redeemed for free menu items, or discounts. Visit My Rewards in the app or online to redeem your points.

The sky is the limit! There is no maximum for points, but we suggest redeeming them for tasty rewards!

Points cannot be returned after you’ve selected to redeem them so choose wisely. Once points are redeemed for a reward, that reward is yours and we can’t swap it out for a different one.

When you’re ready to use a reward in your My Rewards wallet, simply add it to your digital order at checkout or scan the reward at the register or with your server. The reward will automatically apply to the qualifying item in your order. Be sure to read the reward details for any special purchase requirements!

Delivery fees and tips are not eligible to earn points, and neither are purchases made on third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash), online delivery orders that use third-party delivery services or call-in delivery orders.

Yep, you can earn points for multiple transactions per day. Multiple menu items ordered together will count as one transaction.

It can take 24-48 hours for points to process and show up in your Points History section. If they’re still missing after that time, customer service should be able to sort things out for you. Just be sure you have your receipt handy.

Gift card purchases, as well as taxes, fees (like delivery fees) and tips aren’t eligible to earn points. 

We don’t send confirmation emails, but if you sent it, then we’re on the case! Points will show up in the Points History section of your account within 24-48 hours if we’re able to verify your purchase.

Ever heard of “too much of a good thing?” Just kidding. That’s just how our system is currently set up, but if you’re rolling in the rewards, you should know we think you’re awesome.

It’s not possible to transfer points or merge accounts at this time. Besides, your points might get homesick.

We call this “the best of both worlds.” When you redeem a reward, promo code, or other offer, you’ll still be eligible to earn points on other items included in your transaction. As usual, taxes, fees, tips, gift card purchases aren’t eligible for points.

You will earn points when you pay with a My Pizza e-gift card if you order pickup online or scan your e-gift card or plastic card at the register. Keep in mind, the purchase of a gift card is not eligible for points.
